How Long Does Distribution Take?

You've done it! You've signed up the perfect release, filled out which stores to send to, and have clicked "Distribute". What happens now?

After submitting your release, it locks for processing and automatically enters our content approval queue. At this time you won't be able to make any changes to it until it's been delivered.

It usually takes us  2-3 business days for our content approval team to approve your release. 

How to match artwork information!

The text on your cover art must match the information you provided about your release exactly.

For example, if your artist name "Banjo Guy Ollie" appears on the art, then that exact same artist name must appear in the information provided (and not just "Banjo Guy".)

Such discrepancies could cause confusion for customers so we only deliver content that matches.

Uploading Audio Files

We recommend a WAV file in stereo, 44.1 kHz sample rate, and 16 bit.

While we do accept WAV files with up to 24 bit / 96kHz encoding, we recommend 16 bit / 44.1kHz. If you receive an error that your WAV file “isn’t a WAV file”, it’s likely that it needs to be reprocessed to these specifications.
